At Schulz Organic Dairy, we’re proud to have been at the forefront of organic farming since 1972. Across three generations of dedicated farmers, we’ve been producing the highest quality milk from our single herd of healthy Friesian and Jersey cows. While we’re not yet at 100%, most of our girls carry the coveted A2 protein.

We work hard to make real dairy products that are simple, pure and delicious, processing in small batches with great care and detail right here at our farmhouse factory in Timboon. We add nothing but natural ingredients to our products. Our range includes milk, yogurt, cream, quark and butter made from our very own dairy milk, renowned for its rich, creamy texture.

Schulz Organic Dairy is set on 1044 acres of extremely fertile land. We use organic, regenerative farming principles to enhance the vitality of the soil, grass and animals, which means our land is chemical, hormone and pesticide free.

Our gorgeous girls and pastures - over 45 years of organic farming and counting.

We’re lucky to live in a lush band of land in a small township called Timboon, in the south west of Victoria, approximately 20 minutes from the famed 12 Apostles. We receive some of the highest rainfalls in the state, which makes our pastures rich for grazing.

Sustainability continues to be our focus and over the years we’ve added thick bush dividers across the farm to assist rainfall, soil management, cO2 and cattle comfort. It is our goal to one day be fully self-sufficient.

We, the Schulz family, invite you taste our dairy products and taste the difference.
