Farmers markets were the first locations we offered Schulz products; it's a time-honored tradition of displaying the fruits of your labour and products while also connecting and mingling with your community. Helping us to deliver Schulz products to our amazing customers in and around Melbourne.

Every weekend, our committed crew serves a variety of Farmers Market sites around Melbourne. Providing fresh, pure, and delicious dairy products to our customers. It's an early morning set up (morning folks, please apply!). You’ll be chatting with our customers about their favourite Schulz products as a recognisable face as part of the Schulz family.

We make pure, organic and delicious dairy products right here at our farmhouse factory in Timboon, Victoria. Our focus is on producing products with as little intervention as possible using milk from our single herd of healthy Friesian and Jersey cows. Our production team is made up of people with different skill sets and friendly personalities who share our passion for producing high quality products. A day in the life working in our factory involves knowledge of safe manual handling, processing, packing and labelling product and occasionally listening to Simon's bad jokes!

Work with us in the cafe

Located only a few minutes away from the Great Ocean Road, Schulz Organic Creamery & Cafe enjoys a relaxed garden setting on a corner of our thousand-acre dairy farm. Our seasonal cafe menu led by pastry chef, Hila Perry, celebrates the best of Schulz Organic Dairy products alongside hand-selected local produce. Open 7 days a week from 10am-4pm, we delight in serving our local community and (as part of the 12 Apostles Food Artisan Trail) travellers visiting our region from further away. A typical day involves using your latte skills on our espresso machine, working the till and running plates out of our kitchen. Serving our guests sitting under the shade in our historic gardens you won’t mind chatting to our customers about your favourite Schulz products.

Our philosophy is simple: Happy cows produce delicious milk. We’re proud to be producers of the highest quality milk from our single herd of healthy Friesian and Jersey cows. Sustainability is a big focus on the farm. We’re lucky to live in a lush band of land where we use organic farming principles to enhance the vitality of the soil, grass and animals, which means our land is chemical, hormone and pesticide-free. Day to day you’ll see our team herding on tractors to move our girls from one paddock to another, preparing the cows for milking, as well as bailing and silaging our grasses from the pastures.
