Our Organic Full Cream Milk is natural and pure, crafted on the farm in small batches from our single herd. Because we choose not to homogenise, it develops a rich layer of cream on top. The cream content varies with the seasons, stages of lactation, and what our cows graze on.

We practice regenerative farming, nurturing healthy soils and happy cows that produce exceptional-quality milk. We raise both Friesian and Jersey cows, known for producing flavour-rich milk with a beautifully balanced texture and smooth mouthfeel. Most of our herd carries the sought-after A2 protein.

We’ve worked hard to create a just-right balance of beautiful texture and mouthfeel. Our low-temperature pasteurisation preserves the milk’s natural character, and by adopting the lowest legal pasteurisation temperature and time, we retain the integrity of its flavour while delivering a rich, consistent taste.

In 2018, our crowdfunding campaign to fund the equipment needed to release 3,000 glass bottles a week to our retailers raised $106,100. We overshot our funding goal enabling us to deliver 5,000 bottles per week to retailers and farmers markets in our first year, eliminating 7.6 tonnes of plastic from our broken recycling system!
