OUR PRODUCTS
ORGANIC FULL CREAM MILK
Our Organic Full Cream Milk is natural and pure, with a rich layer of cream on top due to non-homogenisation. The cream content in the milk changes with the seasons, cow lactation, and what the cows graze on. We raise both Friesians and Jerseys, which produce a milk rich in flavour; we’ve worked hard to create a just-right balance of beautiful texture and mouthfeel. Adopting the lowest legal pasteurising temperature and time also retains the integrity of the milk’s natural flavour.
ORGANIC LOW FAT MILK
98% Organic Milk, 2% Cream - This low-fat version has all the beauty and integrity of our Organic Full Cream Milk, the only difference being that some of the cream is taken out. We’ve worked hard to retain the balance of natural flavour and mouthfeel in this low-fat version of our Organic Milk.
ORGANIC NATURAL YOGURT
Made from our Certified Organic Milk, we add probiotic cultures, acidophilus, bifidus, and L. Casein without the unnatural stabilisers you’ll find in other ‘natural’ yogurts.
Each yogurt is tub-set, complete with a thick layer of cream on top.
ORGANIC GREEK YOGURT
Using our Natural Yogurt as its base, we then strain to remove the liquid whey creating the classic tangy, thicker-textured, Greek-style yogurt. It’s tub-set and retains a thick layer of cream on top.
ORGANIC PURE CREAM
Our Pure Cream is exactly that. Made from our Certified Organic Milk, it has a butter fat percentage of between 45 – 50%, our cream has no added thickeners or stabilisers - it’s just pure and simply thick cream. The consistency of our pure cream may fluctuate with the seasons - that’s Mother Nature. Widely regarded by our customers as the best absolutely pure creamy cream on the market.
FETTA IN BRINE
Our Fetta is hand made on site from our gently pasteurised, fully certified organic full cream cows milk. A blend of cultures is added to give it that salty tang. It’s a smooth, creamy style (not light and crumbly). Keep it submerged under brine in the tub to ensure it stays fresh, and retains its soft texture.
ORGANIC QUARK
Quark is a German-style fresh cheese, similar to mascarpone, however, it contains the ABC cultures of yogurt which gives a mild tartness.
Our Organic Quark is the perfect substitute for cottage cheese, mascarpone, cream fraiche, or sour cream. We also offer a version with mixed herbs and spice which pairs perfectly with some crispy sourdough with smoked salmon, chives, and rocket lettuce.
ORGANIC BUTTER
Introducing our latest creation – hand crafted, small-batch, certified organic Butter. When we decided to make butter, we were determined to make it simple. Just cream from certified organic cows and a touch of salt.
The result? A melt-in-your-mouth experience that captures the seasonality of our Timboon dairy farm. Each stick of butter is individually hand-packed into a home compostable wrap and packaged in a 100% recyclable box. So that’s it… butter, but better.
