Natural and pure this milk is un-homogenised so you'll find a lovely rich layer of cream on top! It's rare to find a milk that is produced from a single herd farm, but this one is, giving us direct control over all aspects to produce a beautiful milk.
The cream content will change however as the season and the feed changes throughout the year.
Another key difference in our milk is we pasteurize using the lowest legal temperature/time method allowed. This allows the flavour to remain in the milk. It’s all about quality not quantity.
