Recipes For A Very Dairy Christmas

We've done some holiday prep so you don't have to! Here are a few brilliant holiday recipes made with dairy goodness.

PISTACHIO PAVLOVA WITH STRAWBERRY + RHUBARB CREAM

This gorgeous recipe has it all: it's crunchy, sweet and tart with a visual wow factor to please a (hungry) crowd! This is also a great one for anyone who freezes their rhubarb. We recommend using a full cream (preferably ours!) as the lower fat varieties tend to lose volume.

Christmas holidays may just be the time to start working on a home-made project that can pay dividends (in flavour and your finances!) for years to come. Like all good cultures, you'll need a base to start from. Our natural yoghurt is rich in pro-biotic cultures, Acidophilus, Bifidus and L. Casein (without the un-natural stabilisers of other 'natural' yogurts), so we obviously recommend you begin with that. Once you've made one batch you simply reserve some to culture the next. Go on, give it a go!

Turkey Brined in Full Cream Milk

Whether you're the shrimp-on-the-barbie types or a bird and ham fam, this is certainly one to get onto the table this christmas! Milk brining (full cream only, folks!) results in tender, sweet and aromatic flesh and the process is easier than pie! Click here to access the recipe on the Delicious. website
