Recipes for summer yogurt lovers

We’re looking a little closer at yogurt this month, and we’ve brought you a couple of special fuss free summer treats.

Made from our Certified Organic Milk, Schulz Organic Yogurt is unique. We add probiotic cultures, acidophilus, bifidus and L. Casein without the un-natural stabilisers you’ll find in other ‘natural’ yogurts. Each yogurt is tub-set, complete with a thick layer of cream on top. Our Greek Yogurt is strained to remove the liquid whey to leave a thicker-textured, Greek-style yogurt. Try out these easy treats and let us know which is your favourite to cook with!

We recommend using our Natural Yogurt, for this one. It’s free from artificial sweeteners and rich in probiotic cultures, which are essential for gut health. Then, you’ll just need some fresh milk, (we recommend ours of course!), some chia seeds and whatever toppings you fancy! We love it with fresh berries, coconut flakes and granola.

ROAST CHICKEN WITH ZESTY YOGURT TAHINI DRESSING

This salad is a favourite of ours! Can you go wrong with roast chicken, fresh crunchy beans and a zesty tahini and yogurt dressing? We think not!

Be sure to use our rich Greek Yogurt for that uncompromised creaminess!

NO-BAKE GREEK YOGURT CHEESECAKE CUPS

No bake, no fuss! This recipe is so simple yet SO delicious and can be adapted to whatever fresh fruits are in season. We love it with mango and peaches on a warm summer’s night! You’ll need a good thick yogurt base so we recommend using our Organic Schultz Greek Yogurt for the creamiest result.
